Biography

Mr. Warrington’s litigation practice focuses on representing clients in both state and federal courts where he has litigated cases involving a broad range of matters including: real estate, copyrights, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-compete non-disclosure agreements, professional malpractice, civil conspiracy, partnership dissolution, finance, as well as other complex commercial cases. He has also represented clients before state occupational and licensing authorities, and other state and federal agencies.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Warrington represents a number of non-profit groups with regards to general business matters as well as fundraising reporting requirements and filings in the fifty states. He also represents federal candidates and their campaign organizations in a number of matters.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Warrington was the President of real estate appraisal, investment and consulting firm for more than ten years. He has lectured on appraisal guidelines and federal regulations relating to federally backed mortgage transactions, underwriting, liability, and appraisal issues. Mr. Warrington is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Mr. Warrington is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. As an infantry Marine, he served in various units specializing in Naval Nuclear Weapons Security and Anti-Terrorism from 1985 to 1990. He was a member of the elite MSG Battalion serving at the U.S. Embassies in Tel Aviv, Israel and N’Djamena, Chad where he was the Assistant Detachment Commander. Mr. Warrington was also a member of the 10th Counter-Intelligence Team (reserves) and returned to active duty for Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
