Mr. Freinberg focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions including the representation of real estate investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants located throughout the United States. His real estate practice focuses on the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures and financings. Mr. Freinberg has extensive experience in commercial leasing, representing landlords and tenants of office, retail, industrial and warehouse space.
In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Freinberg counsels clients on general business matters such as entity formation, business acquisitions and sales and financings.
Mr. Freinberg is LeClairRyan's Chief Practice Officer, Co-Leader of the Commercial Leasing Practice Area Team and the Office Leader of the Newark, New Jersey office of LeClairRyan.
Mr. Freinberg is a member of the Alumni Representative Committee of Columbia College, the board of directors of the Alumni Association of The Pingry School in Martinsville, New Jersey, and the board of trustees of Congregation B’nai Jeshurun in Short Hills, New Jersey.
