Biography
Mr. Greenberg serves as General Counsel of the Firm. He focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide range of business and commercial real estate transactions, including financings, sales, acquisitions, leases and the organization of business entities.
Active in the community, Mr. Greenberg served as the Bicentennial President of Congregation Beth Ahabah and has served on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Montessori School, the Engineer’s Club and the Jewish Community Center, where he also served as vice president. He is a charter member and immediate past President of the Rotary Club of Goochland.
