Mr. Kosch focuses his practice on complex environmental, toxic tort, product liability, business tort, construction, estate and commercial litigation. His clients include a variety of chemical and energy companies, manufacturers, owners and developers of industrial and commercial real estate, defense contractors, financial services and communications companies.
Mr. Kosch has written and spoken on environmental and toxic tort issues, e-discovery, regulatory reform, and other topics, including authoring monthly articles for Corporate Compliance Insights magazine and a monograph on the use of toxicological evidence in New Jersey courts. He also has collaborated on a book about nanotechnology and a three-part series on green development.
