Biography

Mr. Lagrotteria focuses his practice on environmental litigation and regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience in commercial and products liability litigation, particularly in the areas of toxic torts and OSHA. He has represented both publicly and privately held corporations, financial institutions and insurance companies in numerous environmental and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Lagrotteria has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and several other states. He has argued appeals before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.

Mr. Lagrotteria has also acted frequently as an arbitrator and mediator appointed by the United States District Court for New Jersey.
