Ms. Corvo focuses her practice on employment litigation and employment counseling. Ms. Corvo has extensive experience litigating discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies. She has also successfully litigated business tort matters involving non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and corporate trade secrets.
Ms. Corvo also regularly counsels employers, conducts harassment and discrimination investigations, provides anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training, and drafts and reviews employment contracts and handbooks.
