Biography
Ms. Mason has 30 years of trial experience in federal and state courts, representing businesses and physicians. She focuses her practice on complex litigation, medical malpractice defense and employment law including defense of wrongful discharge, age, sex and race discrimination claims, breach of employment contracts and related torts. Ms. Mason provides day to day employment advice and employee handbook review for large and small businesses and institutions. She also represents medical and legal professionals in administrative proceedings before licensing boards.
