Biography
Mr. Weinberg focuses his practice on representing individual, corporate, and insurance clients in all phases of the litigation process. He is experienced in both the trial of civil cases and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He handles matters that involve insurance law, professional liability, medical malpractice, products liability, construction, contracts, and antitrust litigation. Mr. Weinberg is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
