Biography

Ms. Komor is a partner on the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights and Financial Institutions and Services Litigation Practice Area Teams. Ms. Komor manages the contested foreclosure practice for the New York Office, representing both nationwide and regional lenders as special litigation counsel.. She focuses her practice on banking litigation, including creditors' rights litigation, lender liability defense, consumer protection litigation, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, and loss mitigation proceedings in Bankruptcy Court.

Ms. Komor also has extensive experience in matters involving complex commercial, construction, title and real estate litigation in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts. Her transactional experience includes financing, construction contracts, representing condos and co-ops throughout the five boroughs, and general corporate representation.
