Biography
Mr. Brodsky focuses his practice on tax and estate planning, gift and estate tax analysis and planning, and analysis and planning for charitable transfers including the formation and administration of private foundations. He prepares all manner of revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents. Mr. Brodsky has experience in complex trust and estate administration, the preparation of estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and private foundation tax returns. He also handles business succession planning including the negotiation and preparation of buy-sell agreements and other ownership transition agreements.
