Biography
Mr. Best focuses his practice on business, construction and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining LeClair Ryan, Mr. Best served as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps where he accumulated significant trial experience as a defense counsel, prosecutor, senior prosecutor, and chief prosecutor. During his Army career, he tried 15 jury cases and more than 100 bench trials.
