Ms. Kalocsay focuses her practice on diverse and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. She has successfully litigated or reached settlement in complex commercial matters including construction litigation, shareholder and corporate tort lawsuits and complex personal injury litigation including products liability matters and truck accident defense.
She also has significant experience in employment matters and has litigated Whistleblower lawsuits, sexual harassment and racial and religious discrimination claims under the ADA. She has also represented clients in professional malpractice litigation.
Ms. Kalocsay is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, having been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 2002 and she is presently on the New Jersey Superior Court’s list of Court Approved Mediators. Ms. Kalocsay has long been involved in mediation and arbitration matters as a neutral, with a focus on employment matters.
