Biography
Mr. Romine focuses his practice on commercial real estate, land use, financing and business matters. He routinely serves as counsel for owners, developers, financial institutions, telecommunications companies and utilities in commercial transactions including acquisition, financing, land use approval, restructurings, leasing and environmental compliance. He has published various articles relative to commercial real estate issues and is a frequent lecturer.
