Biography

Ashleigh Eames focuses her practice on advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters.

She frequently handles matters involving discrimination and harassment, wage and overtime, leave and accommodation, hiring, termination, and workplace compliance. Ashleigh has defended labor and employment claims in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.

Additionally, Ashleigh counsels employers on best practices and policies including creating and reviewing employee handbooks, policies, applications, and separation agreements.
