Biography

Mr. Andres focuses his practice on land use and zoning, municipal law, tax valuation and tax appeals, landlord-tenant, personal injury defense, public utility and telecommunications matters. He has advised many of the local land use commissions in Connecticut. Additionally, Mr. Andres has represented local land use commissions, private landowners, and developers before local land use boards and in state and federal court litigation.
