Dan represents and counsels employers of all sizes in connection with a wide variety of disputes that arise in the workplace. He protects the interests of employers in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies, defending against claims of wrongful termination, race, age, gender and disability discrimination, and breach of employment contract. Dan has defeated claims of employment discrimination in jury trials, arbitrations, federal and state agency investigations, and also through pre-trial motions. His clients range from large, multinational corporations to local Connecticut businesses, in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare, media, construction, and real estate industries, among others. Dan also assists his clients in general liability and commercial litigation matters.

Dan is active in both state and national bar associations. He is a Director of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association, and served as its President from 2015 to 2018. He is also the Secretary of the National Italian-American Bar Association, and sat on the Connecticut Bar Association’s governing body – the House of Delegates – from 2014 to 2016.

A cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
