Kristen Ward Broz is an associate in LeClairRyan's Alexandria office, where she focuses her practice on complex litigation in the areas of class action, antitrust, and mass tort.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Broz has represented clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide range of matters in federal court, state court, and before the Federal Trade Commission. Her clients have spanned a broad range of industry sectors, including the healthcare, payment card, construction, and residential mortgage appraisal industries. Ms. Broz has substantial experience advising clients regarding national and international regulations; investigating antitrust, mass tort, and consumer protection cases; and litigating complex cases to settlement or trial.

Ms. Broz also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies and Capitol Technology University. Her courses focus on legal and ethical issues in cybersecurity and information assurance. Additionally, Ms. Broz serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Wildlife SOS, a nonprofit organization committed to protecting India's wildlife.

Ms. Broz received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and B.A. from the University of Virginia. While in law school, Ms. Broz served on the Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Board, Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and the George Washington International Law Review. She is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars.
