Morgan W. Campbell counsels and defends major and regional airlines, FAA Part 145 repair stations, component manufacturers, airport authorities, fixed base operators, and other entities in state and federal court. He also represents regulated entities in FAA enforcement actions and internal corporate investigations, and represents airlines, pipeline operators and others in matters pending before the National Transportation Safety Board.

Mr. Campbell is frequently contacted shortly after an incident or accident and works with in-house counsel, Part 119 management personnel, and senior leadership on emergency response issues, handling internal and external investigations, managing and addressing liability exposure, protecting privileged information and trade secrets, and devising an internal and external communications plan. He also assists clients with developing and conducting emergency response drills, preparing for inspections and audits, and has served as a panelist or moderator in symposiums dedicated to emergency response issues, NTSB investigations, FAA enforcement actions and unmanned aircraft systems.

Mr. Campbell handles litigation and investigations arising from events such as foreign and domestic air crashes, hangar collapses, airport incidents and accidents, pipeline leaks and ruptures, denials of boarding, alleged regulatory violations, breach of contract, and employee misconduct. His practice also involves advising aviation entrepreneurs on activities ranging from company formation, aircraft management, employment practices, contract negotiation, liability protection, insurance, and other matters.
