LeClairRyan Names Joanne Zimolzak as Business Litigation Practice Leader


National law firm LeClairRyan has named partner Joanne Zimolzak as the firm’s Business Litigation practice team leader.

Zimolzak has handled a wide range of complex civil litigation matters before state and federal courts throughout the country, both at the trial and appellate levels. Also serving as co-leader of LeClairRyan’s Government Contracts team, she also has extensive experience with internal investigations, the Freedom of Information Act, and procurement fraud matters.

“Joanne brings a deep background in business litigation that our team will benefit from immensely,” said LeClairRyan Litigation Department leader Elizabeth K. Zimolzak’s accomplishments in the courtroom include obtaining summary judgements in purported RICO and insurance cases, in addition to obtaining a favorable judgment for a European client in a breach of contract case.
