Mr. Bonoli’s practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling and he represents employers in a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, tort claims and contractual matters. Mr. Bonoli also regularly represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Mr. Bonoli also works with employers to provide strategic and tactical advice on all types of employment matters including severance and employment agreements, government investigations and employment policies. He regularly speaks at seminars to educate employers on discrimination and harassment laws.

In addition, Mr. Bonoli has defended or is defending various class action lawsuits, including actions involving alleged wage-and-hour violations and unsolicited fax advertising.

Mr. Bonoli has extensive experience in complex civil litigation and commercial disputes, and he has represented businesses in corporate ownership disputes, accounting-related litigation and financial institutions litigation. Mr. Bonoli is also experienced in real property disputes, products liability, mass tort and toxic tort claims as well as general liability.

Mr. Bonoli has first-chair jury trial experience throughout California.

Finally, Mr. Bonoli also has significant appellate experience. He has authored successful appellate briefs and writs and has argued before the California Court of Appeal.
