Mr. Janicki focuses his practice on commercial, product liability, intellectual property, and other complex business disputes in the U.S. and abroad. He has litigated matters in a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing, energy, and transportation, with an emphasis on the aerospace and defense industry.

Mr. Janicki is a creative and complex problem solver with a track record of helping clients reach their business goals in litigation. He is able to achieve outstanding litigation results by distilling complex facts, legal theories, and technical information down to persuasive and compelling trial themes for the judge or jury. He has a keen understanding of the law and the importance of teamwork, communication, and delegation of responsibility, so that a compelling story can be developed from the evidence at trial.

In the aerospace and defense industry, he routinely represents airframe and component part manufacturers, distributors of aircraft and aircraft components, airlines, operators, maintenance facilities, and insurers, among others.
